BAians Podcasts: Enhancing Study Routines with Auditive Learning
BAians Podcasts is an initiative of the Business Administration Student Community, spearheaded by Jonath Aliman, to provide students with valuable auditive learning resources. Designed to complement traditional study routines, this platform offers an alternative learning method tailored for students who may find reading, verbal expression, or writing particularly challenging. By delivering lessons in an engaging audio format, the podcasts aim to make complex concepts more accessible and relatable.
Auditive learning has been recognized as an effective way to absorb and retain information, particularly for auditory learners who excel when material is presented through listening and discussion (Fleming, 2001). Research shows that audio-based learning can enhance comprehension and engagement, especially when examples and real-world applications are included. BAians Podcasts align with these findings by breaking down weekly lessons, explaining key topics, and providing examples to help students understand and apply what they learn. This initiative not only broadens access to study resources but also fosters an inclusive learning environment that adapts to diverse student needs and preferences.
